10k Cars tend to fall apart on the First Occasion if you don't put another 10-20k into it ...
And then you still have a old car...
While a tj Might be also in reach for about 35-40 ... Then ONLY liftkit, tires, cai, exhaust and headers as well as a superchips or predator tune... And you're almost done

Well, I would say get a TJ and sell the hard top for AED5,000. 
This way, you get a newer car that have less mechanical problems, hopefully!
