Looking for Wrangler JK left and right tailgate bar retainer

I brought my soft top from the US and bought an identical 2008 JK but left a few critical parts on my US sold JK. The only 2 I am missing now are the left and right tailgate bar retainers. They are the parts that go just above the tail lights and keep the soft back window tight and in place.

I talked to Western Motors' parts and they do not have any, nor are they willing to order any.
