You first have to check your requirements from www.quadratec.com ... post your items here with part numbers. "JEEP" will send the order nd then send you sms or PM with the total cost including shipping and customs ... As you are in Dubai, you can pay him directly(he is in Sharjah) , send the money through Al Ansari or just transfer the money to his bank account.

How long it takes? no one can give you a date ... it depends on availability of items in stock in quadratec
