GRAND SEASON OPENING PARTY : FRIDAY 9 NOVEMBER 2012

I am delighted, on behalf of AD4x4 Management, to announce the Grand Season Opening Party which will be held on Friday 9 November 2012 will be in Sweihan. This is a great opportunity for all members and their families to come together and share a great day in the dunes, followed by a wonderful meal in the desert under the stars.

The day will be in two parts:

TRIPS:
For the morning/early afternoon of 9 November, various trips will be announced for ALL levels (ANIT and upwards). These trips will be run by our Marshals and will get everyone to the party point by the end of the day. Usual club rules for trips will apply and you will need to sign up (as directed) when the trips get announced. Watch the forum for the trips being announced or check out the links below.

PARTY:
The actual party this year will be held in Sweihan and we will make our own camp. The catering will provided once again by the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Abu Dhabi and will be a wonderful BBQ. The cost for the BBQ will be 120 AED per person with children 12 or below able to eat for free (ie, children aged 13 + will need to pay).

Payment for the BBQ is due before the event. You can either arrange to come to my house (Bain Al Jasrain), office (Khalidiya) or pay Waleed in Dubai.

There is also the option to camp overnight and if you are interested in joining this group, then please send a PM to me re the camping element only.

Please note that you will need to bring something to sit on for you and your group. There are no toilet facilities available - it's the dunes or nothing, so please let everyone in your group know this in advance.
