Season openning party activities

We need some one who can take care of music, kids activities, games and members activities during the party ... Who is ready to do this?

We can provide all the required equipments and deliver them to the camp area ... We have a generator, lights, speakers and mic ...

I think you don't need to have a one or even two persons to take care of kids activities, unless you are talking about your 2 kids. minimum you need group of 6 people (excluding me).

how about first to give the Agenda with timings for teh Party mentioning all activities

Well, we need at least 30 minutes of games for kids and 30 min for adults
