GET READY FOR THE 2013 DESNAV!

Are you up to meeting with likeminded sand addicted people, in the middle of nowhere, enjoying the middle of nowhere? Yes? Well great as this is your top event for the 2013 offroad season: The DesNav 2013.

We, the organization committee under the umbrella of AD4x4, invite you and your club members to join us in a unique experience in a shared event. This is the second event for all offroad enthusiasts in the UAE, so no matter which offroad club you belong to and what flag/colors you are flying, you are more than welcome to participate.

The DesNav 2013 gives you the opportunity to experience a desert adventure in a wonderfully intact desert area which is not noted in any trip book. No matter what level you consider yourself - whether a navigation professional or not - with our two categories of driving levels for the DesNav 2013 available (Scout and Navigator), you will find the right quest for your skill levels.

This is a chance for you to compare your capabilities and go for the rewards, the participation goodies and the top level prizes donated by our high profile sponsors.

Are you in? In addition to having your members sign up for this event we also welcome three members of your club to be involved with the scoring committee and the support team for the event. Please contact me for further information.

Date : Friday 22nd of Feb 2013
Registration End : 15th of Feb 2013
Time : 7:00 AM till sun set
Location: UAE Desert

Dear All

How exciting that the DesNav has been announced for 22 February 2013.

A couple of things from the DesNav organisers:

Team Composition
We highly suggest that your team comprises of the following grades:

an Advanced
a Newbie
and any other grade

Those Without a Team
For people who do not have a team, I will open a separate post for you to register and I will help you find a suitable team. This event is open to everyone and we will work hard to ensure that everyone can join in the fun. So if you don't have a team, then do not worry.

If you have any questions, then just let us know.

Get registering and see you all at DesNav on the 22nd.

It would be easier if you registered with all the correct details at the beginning if possible.

Sam, we registered. Apart from the confirmation we haven't received anything. Moreover the email says print and bring on 25th Novemeber (?).

Apart from above we need to request a TShirt Size changeover from Large to Medium for one member. Can you kindly accommodate. I pm'ed you on this earlier.
