Opening Season Party 2016 - 2017

Hi all sand lovers,
AD4x4 will celebrate new season 2016-2017 in October 2016 and we are looking at ensuring that we will have a memorable and hence a special event with great focused themes as the party will be fully organized and managed by AD4x4 club.
We would like to have an EVENT SUPPORT TEAM who will be dedicated to complete the following tasks:
1. Transportation - we will limit the trips to 10 from AUH & DXB to the party (2 road convoys, 2 ANITs, 2 Newbies, 2 Intermediates, 2 Advances).
2. Marketing - creative persons in order to write the party announcements for the website and Facebook, design the party electronic banners (public invitation & sponsors invitation), tickets, t-shirts, etc...
3. Camp décor - coordinate with the camp personal prior to the party to ensure the camp is designed & prepared to welcome the guests (entrance area, parking area at street spot and parking area at the camp etc...)
4. Video - design a video showcasing the best achievements of the club over the past 10 years.
5. Welcome Desk - Parking area (main street, camp) & Camp Entrance.
6. Give away gifts - candies packs for the kids at the entrance.
The support team should:
1. have Good communication skills (English is a must & Arabic is an added advantage but not compulsory)
2. be Fully Committed
3. be Motivated
We need to finalize the support team in the next 2 days. Members who are willing to support will need to build a plan to cover the above tasks while keeping to the Event THEME which is celebrating season opening party 2016 -2017.
The event will take place on 28th October at OFF ROAD ADVENTURE Camp in Al Khatim (Dinner, Belly Dance, & Kids recreation area)
