I didn't think that we had a stuck, (although I was up the front of the convoy so might have missed it), or are we counting my inability to get up one of the slopes due to inadequate pressure on the loud pedal as a stuck

That's called a second (or third, fourth, fifth, sixth etc) try and not a stuck.

And it's only a stuck if the snatch strap or winch is used to get you out....otherwise it's a self recovery!
