Anyone going to Dubai Friday evening?

I am leaving with KLM for Eid holiday in Sweden. My flight leaves at midnight so my question is if someone have plans to drive to Dubai from Abu Dhabi on Friday evening and if I can come as passenger and be dropped off anywhere in Dubai and grab a cab the last part. If not I will take a cab from AD but if someone is going anyway it would be convenient.

Hey why dont you rebook your ticket and we can fly to Stockholm together on Friday night and then you can probably find a flight from Stockholm to UK. Am I smart or what ?

If you keep your car for 10 days, it will cost you around 1000 dirhams.

Al Ghazal Taxi to Dubai Airport will cost around AED 400 - 450 per trip. so round trip will be around 900 dirhams.

It is feasable if you are going for a short 3 days trip but not longer than that. Don't forget that you will come back and find your car so dirty that you will not even be able to drive it to AD before washing it on the way or at least clean the glass to see where you are going.

Another idea is to park your car somewhere in Dubai near the airport or with any of our Dubai members (Make sure that you park it in a free parking), take a Taxi to the airport.

You could park you car in the car park near Ibn Butata Mall and Metro into the airport....
