Looking for an accommodation in Dubai

Hi All,
my rent contract in Dubai will soon be over and my new apartment will not be ready until July

.
I am looking for an accommodation in Dubai (furnished studio) to cover the period between March to June 2014.
My budget is AED 5.000+ per month.
Should anyone come across a useful information please keep me in mind and let me know.

Hi, Marco
From my experience if you rent per month, in 6 month you will pay the same amount as per one year with annual contract. May be in your case it have sense to get yearly contract with 3 checks payment, and in worst case in July just present to landlord your security deposit.
Especially for those reason, that if here somebody promised you to finish your apartments in July, you never know July of which year he mean.

Now come into mind that if landlord will require all three checks at ones as postdated it wouldn't be so easy. But in any case people can solve any questions just speaking with each other.
In case of rent per month you will overpay very much

Maybe you've looked there already but dubizzle usually has at least a few monthly rentals listed on its website. Good luck

Yes, dubizzle is the best. I three times rented apartments in Dubai, and all three times used dubizzle

Please be careful about cheques most of landlords / brokers make problems in this regard.

10000 per month for studio?

What areas are you looking? What part of Dubai you need, Marco?
And why are you looking for furnished apartments? Go to "Home Center", "Pan Emirates", "Home Rus" one week in advance before moving, choose not expensive furniture and order delivery for your first day in new flat. They will bring all to your apartments and assemble in half of hour. And later sold it out at dubizzle for half price. I am confident that with such price for rent it will be several times cheaper then rent furnished apartments
