The google translation is always wrong, the translation appears by google is الذين يعيشون على بلدي which gives a different meaning ( those living in my country) after listening to the song I feel that he means he is living lonely in such case any of the following translation will be ok عايش لحالي Syrian عايش لوحدي Egyptian أعيش وحيدا standard Arabic
In case the meaning is he is living freely without restrictions then the translation will be something like عايش على كيفي Syrian عايش بمزاجي Egyptian أعيش حرا standard Arabic

Google did not translate it coz , u meent living a lone . while u sain u r living on tour own , which have a defrent meening.
try living a lone and u will get an answer.
coz living on my own meen that u r living on your own expense.
