Rest in Peace Jeepmaster

For those who have not heard, Mark Smith, a.k.a. The Jeepmaster has passed away.
Mark was a WWII veteran of the United States Marine Corps, he led the first Jeep Jamboree across the Rubicon Trail in California in 1951, led the Expedition de los Americas through the Darien Gap in 1978, led the 1987 Camel Trophy in Madagascar, was involved in the development of new Jeep models with Willys, Kaiser, American Motors, Chrysler, Daimler, and Fiat, and ran Jeep Jamboree USA since it was founded.
Mark is survived by Irene, his wife of 63 years, and his children Robert, Patti, Greg, and Jill, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
