There's a number of workshops recommended on the forum who may be able to help with an inspection - seems unlikely that an owner investing so much in mods wouldn't maintain the basics as well, but maybe they had no money left..

Curious to know the asking price? there's been a couple of 2005/2006 TJ from club members for sale recently so you might get more recommendations on those cars. Good luck!
