Quick and painless with the added benefit that i was advised that of the two quotes that we received, one would have stung me severely if i had made a claim in the desert to the tune of almost 1500 plus standard premium (digging by broker in the small print). this little extra digging made me confident i had made the right choice. I did have a claim just over 12 months ago and the premium obviosuly went up, but piece of mind and knowing that AXA will do what they say, and that someone has taken care of it for me with little input from my side made the whole process a breeze. Cheers buddy for the work on that and glad to speak with you. i hope we see another Yusufi soon.
