Tasjeel Comprehensive Test - Any feedback?

Hello everyone, since I'm still hoping to get back into the thick of things here, I have identified a Patrol that seems like a good deal.

Does anyone have experience with the Tasjeel Comprehensive Test service? Is it reliable and does it actually pick out any issues? I've actually bought the report from CarReport.com, but I'm not too sure if that is reliable too. I have used Scout My Car in the past, but they've shut down :|

Car is in SHJ, I am in DXB.
