Roof Tent Storage

Hi Guys,
Moving from a villa to an apartment (Al Zeina) and parking is to low to fit the Wrangler and Roof Tent. It's on quick release so easy to remove but where to store...
Anyone else come across this issue and any good solutions? Current thinking is either some sort of storage company (could get expensive) or just wheel it into the carpark on a trolley (but sure security will have an issue with this)
