Dear AD4x4 members and seniors

I’m arranging a camping trip/party on the evening of December 31’st to celebrate new years somewhere in sweihan. Please note that THIS IS NOT AN AD4X4 EVENT. However, any member who would like to spend new year's with me and my friends are most welcome. Abu Dhabi people meet at one of our usual meeting points (to be announced latter) and drive in a convoy to the camping site. People who don’t have a 4x4 are also welcomed to join and park their cars somewhere before the exit point at sweihan where 4X4 owners could give them a ride to the camp site. Dubai people will also have a meeting point setup and then drive to the final meeting point in sweihan.

We meet at 3:00 PM and move by 3:30PM. Hopefully arrive at the camp site by 5:30PM at the max. Every one is free to go back at any time they wish and for those who don’t own a 4x4, me and friends will drop you back to your cars at any time you like. The rest of us will drive back the next morning.

The plan for the evening is as follows:

Fairly loud Music all night, barbeque, huge camp fire, night drive, games & a chance to show off your driving skills in front of those who don’t own a 4x4.

Any suggestions are welcome

Every one is responsible for their camping gear and food. So get your tents & barbeques ready. Prepare for a very cold night cause it could get very cold out there.

Since I didn’t expect that much people to show up (over 50 confirmed and counting) I might need a help with the music. The sound in my car will not be loud enough. What I currently have is as follows: two sub-woofers 30 CM & two middle range speakers 20 CM & 4 full range speakers. (original speakers in the wrangle) what I can do is if any one has a sound system in his car I can connect an output from my car straight in to your sound system’s amplifier. (A very simple job; no dismantling or changing connection is required) but this means that your car has to be parked for the evening.

Kindly don’t bring any fire works as I don’t want to attract attention to our camp site.
