That is a weird sentence.......
so the car is parked on the hands of some magician in Mussaffah who happens to be black?
Seriously though, looking great man! I hope it is up and running soon......so 30% loss power loss due to tires and gearing? maybe i should stick to 33" as i thought about playing with 35"............
You are not doing much better with your 33" tires ..

I don't have a problem with the engine. I have a problem with feeding and managing the engine !
It is a slow discovery process, but I'm getting there.
Also, I want to make sure that I have no heating issue before hitting the sand again!

Oh, and I got stopped and "threatened" by the police yesterday. So I guess that I have to swap out the exhaust..

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Klappensteuerung ... 2214wt_867
(sry its in german - but haven't found a better product right now )
Maybe this is an option for you as well ? So we can have our car silence under normal conditions and a bit more ... ahm aggressive sound when we want it

Most likely Dino already "said something"

Too late for that. I now have a very expensive AEM alternative !

Rust bucket is back in the shop again to do the following:
1- Replace the 3" exhaust with a 2.5" "stock sounding" one with stock headers..
2- Replace the control arms with new Adjustable Control Arms from Currie Enterprises!
3- Install AEV Tummy Tuck !
The PCM is slowly learning and fixing the knock. I can completely eliminate it with the AEM FIC 8. But I want to avoid that if possible. Hopefully, this process will get faster once the second O2 sensor is installed.

by the second O2 sensor you mean downstream? makes only sense if you have a cat!!! (and will do next to nothing for your trim!)
but if you are referring to a second upstream O2 ... this is only possible with Jeeps/PCMs where the 2 piece headers were run! (with the two minicats and one bigger under the body)
Your model/Year pcm supposedly only supports ONE upstream O2 and ONE downstream O2 !!!

Yes I meant the downstream. There is a conflict on how the PCM will react on a missing downstream sensor. Using the OBD II monitor I got, It shows that there is four fuel trims; two for the up stream sensor and two for the downstream. I assume that some Jeeps came with 4 sensors ??
At any rate, I'm installing a catalyst convertor, so I believe that will need it anyway.
