Spare Parts in Abu Dhabi & DIY Seat repair

Hi Folks,
I hope you are well. It's my first post but meaning to do it for a while. It turns out my brake light is out on the 2009 Wrangler and it looks easy enough to replace. I only moved to Abu Dhabi recently so not really sure where to go for parts. Can anyone recommend one? It's just a stock light. I figure if I take to dealership, it will be more expensive than I need it to be.
Secondly, I'm having a recurring problem with the passenger seat levers. There is a lever that should both fold the seat and slide forward in one motion. Every now and then it doesn't work. Right now it' just flips the seat forward but doesn't release the seat so it can slide automatically. I took it into the dealership one and one of the mechanics stuck his head under there and 'fiddled' something. Anyone had any similar experiences?
