Hi all,

I'm new to Abu Dhabi and this club. I had a stock Jeep Cherokee (Liberty in the US) for the past few years in Oz, and bought one here with the intention of modifying it. Little did I know, it was going to be much more challenging finding parts then I expected!.

The details: OME front and rear springs/struts 2" lift shipped from the USA. Custom painted 16" GT rims with 245/75r16 Deestone Mud Clawer's. Everything in the UAE is geared towards 17" wheels and the wrangler and these are the only ones I managed to find in stock!

Looking forward to getting out there with you guys, let me know what you think!

Welcome Ben! What a transformation and definitely one of only few around. I hope we will see you and the KK out on a trip with us soon. ;)

Looks fantastic...good job.
You might need to protect your radiator, you will need a skid plate, and for future upgrade and some money spending, you should think about changing your front bumper.

Welcome Ben, Great lift and tires.
Take care of the airbag system it's very sensitive in this car.
Never forget to take off the fuse before entering desert.
And of course do Abed's advice.

Good luck

Thanks for the feedback! Taking it out on the ANIT trip this weekend, looking forward to learning more about 4x4ing and the great places to see in this region.
