IT help needed

Gillian and I are trying to enlarge a photocopy of a AD4x4 sticker to A4 size.
I have scanned the original sized sticker into my PC and have tried everything to enlarge it to A4 size without success any ideas or even better can a good IT skilled person do it and copy the link so I can download it from this site?

Hi Mac,
if you scan anything ... it will not be really resizable since it will be "only" a pixel graphic (even when scanned in higher resolutions).
Automatic conversion will not work without manual interaction and post digitization! (e.g. with Adobe Illustrator)
The solution: it needs to be a "vector graphic" format which is resizable.
I think Hani (AnTrax) has a resizable original format! (Coreldraw?
... Adobe Illustrator? (would be cool))

Mac, Is it the normal AD4x4 Logo?
I have the original file, I can e-mail it to you on Sunday, you can resize it to any size you want

Hi Islam,
Yes it is the normal AD4x4 logo...The capital off road club etc. If so, I will wait for that, and if I still cannot do it I will email the kind respondents, a little project Gillian is working on at home.
If anyone else does want to play around with it here is the scanned picture, it does not need to be in colour.
