Any time I post a picture on this website, it gets chopped (not all of it appears)

what is the maximum image size on this site? i tried 800x600, it still gets chopped. 640x480?

what is the best way to insert images into the posts? i use photo-bucket as the hosting site, and insert the image code but get that chopping issue i just mentioned...

thanks

May be its the hosting site, I use tapatalk hosting and don't have such a problem.

I've posted 1280 pixel wide photos, no issues. Maybe try to save them to medium quality JPEG's? The photos I posted of last weekend were less than 100KB each.

It chops exactly where the screen area for the text posting ends. That is .............................................................. here ->>
Should we ask Hani to program an automatic line break for pictures ?

I think this is a problem with the hosting site...
the pictures i posted are 640x480, they are smaller than the page width here...something is funky!

it is not the hosting site. The forum settings must be changed to allow automatic resizing of the images.

Maybe it's the way you post the pictures? This is what I do:
- click 'Upload attachment' when you write a new post/reply
- click 'Browse', find the picture file and then click 'Add the file'
- Put the cursor in where you want the picture (in your text)
- Click 'Place inline'
IMG_0768.JPG
This picture is 1280x960 and did not get cropped. click it and you'll get the original size.

Hope this helps
