I am forever looking for recent posts that have fallen off the 'Recent Topics' list. Its only ten long.
Suggestion:
Remove
Latest News and
Poll and increase the depth of the panel above (recent announcements, recent popular topics and recent topics).
Who's with me???

Yup. Totally agree especially when it's busy with trips and announcements you can't find anything.

Dave,
Absolutely agree.
This is the right time to simplify the design of the website and make it more user friendly;
For example:
- Focus on what is the main objective of the AD 4x4 Club = the trips
- Keep all open trips on the main home page until they are closed
- Move to a specific section the general announcements that are cluttering the Recent Topics section: birthdays, promotions, cars/equipment for sale and other chit-chats like this one!
