Why 0 Dirhams shown...

I have been looking at the balance for donations shown on the website for months. It still shows as 0 Dirhams. This seems to be a bad advertisement for AD4x4.

I think we should probably take that section off the website, if it only shows 0 AED donated.

Fair enough!

Maybe it would help donations if:

1) those that donated a lot got a visible present, like an AD4x4 off-road flag, or a t-shirt, or something. Something that highlighted that they had given a lot financially. (yes, I am aware that we all give time, and some of us give more!).

2) AD Marshals should emphasize giving donations during the pre-trip briefing occasionally. Just a fast shout out that the web site DOES cost money to operate, and the members are not asked to give anything else...
