website time zone

megamoe whenever i go to change the time zone for the website to GMT +4 it keeps changing it by itself to GMT +10.
i always change it but it keeps going to GMT +10

hmmmm thanx for the reply , specially that another post got TWO replies from megamoe and iguana although it was posted few days after this post.

man the thing is that i'm changing it from the profile but it keeps going back to GMT +10
