Problem uploading Avatar

I am trying to add an avatar to my profile, but even though it is the right size and dimensions, I keep getting 2 messages: fill in required fields. I seem to be doing the right things. Please help.

Ok problem should be resolved now. I was upgrading the profile section of our website to support our new profile management module for the marshals. You should be able to upload your avatar with out any problems now
