no need for inner sleeves here ... inner sleeves are the cheapo version ... and not as strong as an outer truss!
if you want to add them, fine (since you are welding to the tubes anyway) ... but you might discover that they do not slide in if you do not have a brand new housing ... do you want that? lol
(but if you do have a brand new housing they might protect your tubes from warping while welding the truss on
)
I don't have a new housing but mine is quite bent at the moment and my fortune teller told me that i'm suddenly gonna find a puddle of oil under my car one day and I'm gonna call a man who will help me get a new one 
According to serge according to Artec they supposed to work with a stock JK suspension
... so in theory with added bump stops (regardless of ride height/lift!) it should even work "better" ... lol
what brackets are you talking about? the axle side control arm brackets? no change ... the truss is designed AROUND them!!! (would be more hassle and not necessarily cool otherwise!)
on the link provided by Marwan you have the choice of selecting whether you have a D30 or a 44 and also the kind of trackbar bracket height you want

I dont think many will wend trackbar bracket (unless running 35's)
and in 90% of JK's its DANA 30 here. Unless you've changed it. So you need to specify this to marwan on the order.
For me its DANA 30

guys ... stick with factory height!!!
unless you have a complete custom steering setup (for those heavy duty 4.5"+ lifted rock crawlers) the raised TB bracket is not for you.
(unless you WANT bump steer ...
)

Put me down for one, I have a 2010 JK with a 2.5" lift kit...I will make a payment tomorrow at the dubai showroom
btw I am planning to carry out the regearing to 4.88, would I have to take that into consideration prior to buying?

it is a good idea to do it all in one shot!
for welding the truss on the shop needs to take the D30 front axle off the jeep ... and welding the truss on when the axle/diff is completely emptied is recommended ...
regaring requires pulling the shafts and taking the carrier/pinion and bearings and shims out too ...
so why paying for some of the front axle labor effort twice
(regaering the rear stays as is ... )

thanks!! yeah sounds about right.. will have to check with ramy 4x4 for the potential damage to my wallet and inject some more sand in my veins and go for it
