1grfe knocking sound - Help needed

Hi All,

I own a Toyota Fortuner v6 (2006 model with 190k mileage). I recently have knocking sound in Park or while driving. There is no power loss and use synthetic oil but still the sound comes up. While driving the sound only comes up when i gas it and no sound while on cruise control.

Have you come across with similar issue before? can you recommend any garage who specialize with these engines? preferably in Dubai.

PS: car is bone stock and been to desert with it couple of times.
