Hi Jeepers,
I decided to do a 2.5 inch lift on my 2 door JK with 33ince tires.
I'm contemplating between this 2 lift kit.
Did anyone have either the AOR 2.5 Suspension Kit or Teraflex 2.5 Lift kit on their Jeep?
I spoke to Ramy sales guy and they recommend me to go for AOR.
Offroad zone recommend Teraflex.
In terms of pricing, AOR is much cheaper than Teraflex. But I would like to know what will be the difference between this 2 lift kit in terms of performance on the road.

I use FOX which (from my point of view) are very reliable. Don't know about Teraflex nor AOR.
Good luck with the upgrade

What is your budget? This is the first question you need to answer. You can find lift kit starting from 3k to 25k.Freedomlucas wrote:Hi Jeepers,

Tetaflex coils with Fox shocks is the mostly used here in this market.
I’m personally using Tetaflex coil with falcon 3.3 shocks by Teta flex. Perfect combination and very satisfied on road and off road because it’s adjustable.
Even you go with teraflex falcon shocks 3.1 it’s nice and soft on road, I didn’t tried off road.
My information is limited about AOR.

Thanks for the comments and feedback.
I guess AOR lift kits is not very common around here.
Just wondering whether there will be any huge different between each brand on the lift kit.
Otherwise, I guess it wont make much different as long as the shocks are in placed and most importantly it smooth while im driving.

Another vote for terra flex here. I have that with springs and Fox shocks. I have no idea about AOR. I rough country before and I like my set up now a lot better.

Have you tried/see the same set up in 33 with flat fenders? Shall give you enought clearance ( although you would not have the shock travel from a 2.5 lift) but not a must the lift while changing to 33.
Personal experience with JK: Teraflex 2.5 with monotube fox on a 2.5- I earned clearance however on road dubai/Abu dhabi the trip become very tiring.
If I compare that set with the one I used to have in my previous JKU ( AEV dual) I would definetly go with AEV.
My two cents: Choose a basic set up if you are set to go, your next mod will be upgrading to Dual compression and harder springs ( Recomend you ARB, are the ones Mebar use on their suspensions)
And welcome to the never ending mods world...
