You must have purchased in USA. If it persists, use address of where you bought it.

I just did the same last week and got a brand new Montana for AED 850 as a replacement for a damaged one (touch screen was not working and I was out of warranty).
Just got my Garmin Oregon from AMIT. They replaced my original damaged one with a brand new one in the box for 600 aed. Tried to talk them into letting me upgrade with some credit to a Montana, but no luck. Service was good, the technician loaded my database in the new one and updated my Garmin account with the new serial numbers.
Overall, I am quite happy with their service.

So,
I have had it for less than a week, but used on road and off road and setup and feedback is as follows:
Plus points
Screen definition is fantastic
Limited glare from sun
Brightness is triple that of Montana
OS is easy to work with once you get the hang of it
Negative
Not as robust as the Montana
Wireless sharing is not possible
Menus are simple to find etc and use
All in all very happy but miss my Montana.
