On the road to becoming marshals, three advance, Asif, Bishar & Sinan  and two experts Ajesh & Isham took turns leading and sweeping and learning about convoy management across and around the dunes of Bu tais. Covering more than 100 kms in over 4 hours.

Thanks for a great morning out. Each lead showing an enjoyably different and individual style of driving. Well done to all.

Thanx Emdoc for the opportunity.

It was a concise edition of Trip management course and had a bit of everything.

Awesome leads and confidence shown by the Advance drivers.

There were some second tries and a pop out which were deftly managed. Some new gen recovery equipment was also tested and validated (or not ).

For my stage, I led an intermedite+ track and all drivers did well. We went further behind and around the second tree cluster this time.

This area is increasingly becoming my favorite with some new sets of connected bowls sighted and worth several revisits.

Convoy started by asif as first lead , passed on to me as second lead.i had two points to go in 30 mins which I took 40 mins apprx to complete .

Ajesh and Isham provided lot of support and guidance.

After each lead transformation, emdoc set a review meeting to get the team feedback.That was really helpful on the way to the target.

Got a pop up , big thanks to asif and others to always been in first position in help.

It was a great learning experience and self realisation how Marshall choose best tracks for us.

Thanks Emdoc for setting this up. It was a learning experience for everyone. Really enjoyed the tracks everyone selected.

I took first lead with: Ajeesh as second lead and Isham as sweeper. Ajeesh did a great job of rerouting when necessary. Got a lot of good feedback from Emdoc and company and learned about setting the pace of a convoy. Overall a really nice well rounded trip.
