Disappointed with WM

It’s really great to hear that WM have so many satisfied customers. I have had WM solve issues that were messed up by others and really appreciate that.
As I am unable to go out off-roading with the different clubs due to my own personal commitments that’s the reason for my low turnout. When I can, I just choose the one that has the most convenient trip listed in terms of my schedule and level.

I have posted on WM facebook site well before I asked here.. I don’t feel I complained here.. and I have clarified that before.

I picked a club to post randomly as I am not very active in most of the clubs. I preferred to post in a club active in Abu Dhabi as my concern was with the Abu Dhabi branch.

I was glad to hear that I have posted in a club that stated “We are the largest group that deals with WM”, and was expecting a fair response.

I was shocked when I was told off.. ” You can complain at your own FB page or in whatever group you go off-roading with”, and thank you for clarifying that I am not welcome in the club to discuss my concerns.

This will be the last time I log on here.

I must apologise for that comment, I do not agree with his comment, and do hope that the constructive comments above have answered your questions or at least given you some confidence in WM. Wishing you safe driving.

No one said you are not welcomed here, the post was clear, "You can COMPLAIN at your own FB page..."
At the same time it is your call if that would be your last time to log on here or not.

No one said that you are not welcomed here

But as AD4x4 club we are here to enjoy desert and in case we have a breakdown in our cars we go dealers and repair/fix the damage & our members can always provide technical advises and which workshops to visit.

We are not a complaint center against other entities & WM does have a customer services to resolve complaints and etc., again the advise was very clear is to talk to them.

We are over than 3000 members with Jeep and we don't expect the time we are in WM they would leave everything and service us.

Regarding your question of "if anyone else is having similar issues with WM or is it just me" .. I think you got a clear answer ... No, we have no issues with WM.

Your signature is a Pajero 3.8, your avatar is a black Pajero, you are a member since 2009 i.e. 5 years .. In your posts you complained about WM, Motortech and said that you don't trust Ramy - and trust WM more.

It seems that you are a Jeep owner and dealing with WM already, you used them for re gearing your diffs, Axel re-inforcement and other modifications. So you are not new to WM.

Your complain was that it took them 2 days to fix your car because they were busy as if you are the only Jeep owner in Abu Dhabi and WM is dedicating a team specially waiting for your car ... My dear, this is a car dealer and have a schedule with specific capacity. You have to respect that.

After all the replies you got, you started a drama that you feel that you are not welcomed here ... Again, I do not know what you are talking about, if you got a reply from 10 of our Members ... And still think that you are not welcomed, It appears to me, that you are one of those who is looking for a royal treatement from everbody, WM, Motortech, Ramy and AD4x4 otherwise you will just complain about them.

Have a great day ... And everybody is welcomed in AD4x4 ... If you don't like us, you are also free to leave, it is not a closed group website.
