A reward is offered for the return of my cigarette lighter, it may have only cost 1 Dirham but that is irrelevant as I am a visitor to this safe country.

The suspect was at the Shisha gathering last night, he is a male,.......balding, wears spectacles, talks a lot, has a charming wife, drives a battered old jeep.......sometimes, and boasts of a Porsche Cayenne, his name escapes me, but has a nickname of a creature that lives under stones in the desert, which is where he belongs for this despicable act.

I shall return next year to reward the finder of my lighter, any clues as to the identity of this miscreant please reply.
