Report : Catch your flight at Al Ain Airport 6th July :)

Post by Gladiator »

We all including junior marshals as our guests , met on time at the Sweihan gate. Deflated after a short briefing in which I forgot to mention the rule of our flight chief !!! We took of cruising the dunes of Sweihan selecting a tricky route knowing that the same pathfinder from last week is with us , so we decided to make sure he does visit the agency for some rest !!!! Yes we Jeepers are too mean !!!

At about 8:30 we stopped under a tree for breakfast ... Then continued toward Al Ain airport in which we reached on time with some pathfinder stuck show losing some parts of its body for the agency visit!!!!

Once we reached the Airport the chief decided to take us out from a nice clean area better than the one I selected !!

thank you chief for the help and the support you provide.

Special thanks goes to my 2nd lead FOX. A thank you and a hug to my sweeper V / Ahmed who had rough time. Taking care of the pathfinder. !!

Abu Ghazi. Really nice to have you in a trip..... And thank you for joining my trips.....

Thank you BIO and Actros for a nice day out. Hope to see you next time. :D

Gladiator, thank you for organizing this trip whith a route that kept us very alert
during every second. This was continuous action and we reached our flight from
Al Ain in time. I look forward to many more trips with you.
Thank you chief Kahaiwi for joining us. I am always amazed seeing you going up
dunes very softly as if it was plain road, where I see it and know I know I need a
lot of momentum and the adrenalin goes off.
Thank you -V-, great job rescueing ! Your rear bumper and hook will now be upgraded
I guess, to become the best rescue tool in the club besides winches.
Abu Ghazi, running the only LWB in this trip, I admire how you made it, this was a
truly very very challenging one for you !!! Congratulations !
Actros thank you for lending your compressor, sorry I felt too hot to be able to help
you more lifting your tires. Can you find a valve with metal stem intead of rubber
stem ? I don't know if they are more robust in the heat, but I read of valve failures
many times now, with the same problem. Mine have metal stems and I did not
experience loosening of the pin encasing so far.
Nice meeting you and your young lad BIO, hope you got home well and your young
lad feels better. Hope to see you again soon.

Thanks Gladiator and all members for a good trip.
Everything went well a few stucks which kept the sweeper V busy.

Didn't expect to have to change my wheel after the trip....new tyre valves all around i think!
Thanks to all and especially Gladiator / Fox for assistance changing my wheel in a very hot 45C at the side of the road!

Another great trip with Gladiator, yes the Pathfinder was trapped again between 6 Jeeps :-) but this time I broke my last record of stucks in one trip :-)
Thanks God there were few minor injuries in the Pathfinder which can be easily fixed, but the adventure & the fun of being in & completing such a great organized trip is something priceless.

Thanks a million for organizing this nice trip Gladiator, thanks to Khaiwi for joining, Fox for second lead, to -V- who rescued the Pathfinder so many times, have a nice vacation man, & sorry for your bumper & recovery point, and finally for the rest of the participants for being patients & helping i the recoveries.

Hope to see you all soon in another wonderful trip.

Nice trip in a new area. Thank you marshals Gladiator and Khaiwi for organising it. After following you for 2 trips, I can tell now that I'm comfortable with my swb jeep!
Fox, Actross, Bio, Abu ghazi, it was nice driving with you again, thank you for the good company. And Abu ghazi, you don't have to worry about my bumper bro, it's part of the experience and fun! At least no ome got hurt and we all came back safely :) .
I'll be off sand for 6 weeks, since I'm traveling back home. See you when I'm back!
