does anyone has a contact for a shop who can provide the tent fabric (the thick one, sandy color... alsko known as tarpaulin) and who can also cut and sew it, install some eyelets, etc...

there are many who do such jobs

Next to Malek Al Karak on Defence. close to dar al shifaa hospital. we have had tyre covers, and tarpualin/shades made by them and you can pick material, size and how you want it put together. mention us 4x4 guys they will know us well (myself, meliss and grizzly). we are there most nights after work aswell if you need help.
